About the artist/author
Louisa Poole, of Rockport, Massachusetts, has a unique perspective and appreciation for our planet earth, as well as the myriad of beings from many other dimensions and spaces, with whom we share this beloved rainbow planet. Her involvement with the psychic and metaphysical realms began with a first-hand introduction to the spirits of trees, rocks, faeries, elves, Nature and The Invisible Kingdom. Following a clash with his daughters’ religious instructors, her father discontinued the more traditional “Sunday School” approach to spiritual development for his children when Louisa was eight.

From the ages of eight to fourteen, Louisa shared a special bond with her father, who in addition to being an involved parent, took on the role of task-master, teacher, and mentor. Louisa embarked on a journey of self-discovery through the four seasons and the five senses. This early blindfolded training in Nature is largely responsible for Louisa’s gifts of common sense as well as her highly developed intuition and psychic senses.

Trained as an Artist/Photographer and psychic reader, Louisa found tools such as palmistry, numerology, the tarot, and reincarnation, along with Sense Awareness, shadow dance, and earth magic became (and remain) the main ingredients in her life and work. Deeply concerned with the lack of ethics and integrity she had witnessed in the metaphysical field, Louisa believes that common sense and honor are essential when working in such a close and sensitive proximity to people’s privacy.

Since 1958, Louisa has lectured and taught in prisons, high schools, colleges, churches, and spiritual organizations throughout the United States and Britain. She has been a guest on numerous television and radio shows.

At the present time, Louisa is doing private consultations in her home, holding Apprenticeship classes, portraying her love of nature through art and photography, and enjoying her two wonderful grandsons in the enchanted village of Rockport.

The Merryday Tarot Cards and the book, Merryday Tarot, Numerology, and the Invisible Kingdom, have evolved through her many decades of teaching, training, and counseling as one of New England’s leading psychics.
